8. VETERANS TABLE TENNIS TOURNAMENT ANNOUNCEMENT

 

2021 ADANA (04-05 September,2021)

 

 

 

DearVeteranTableTennisTournamentFriends,

 

If youremember, "8.Our Adana VeteransTableTennisTournamentwill be withyourparticipationandsupport on 20-21 March, 2020 thisyear. Wearethinking of ourhappyprojecttogether in ourbeautifulcity of ourtournament, andwehopetomeetagain in ourmatch."Wesaidit,butwecouldn't do it because of thepandemic.

 

 

If we are lucky, our 8th tournament will be held on 4-5 September 2021 by ÇİLTAR Adana Table Tennis Specialization Club Association with the contribution of Table Tennis Provincial Representative (Adana Youthand Sports Provincial Directorate) and Çukurova University. It will be held at Sakıp Sabancı Sport and Exhibition Palace.  (Clickforthemap) 

 

Theconditionsforparticipation in thetournamenthave not beenchanged. Thepreviousregistrationsmade in March 2021 arealsovalid.

 

Therewillprobably be participantswho do not want, not availableor can not attendforotherreasonsduetothepandemic.

 

Ifpeoplewhoareunabletoattendinform us "via e-mail/Whatsapp", wewill deliver thespecialtournament t-shirtswiththeirnameswritten on the "reportednames" in theafternnoon of the 1st day.

 

First of all, wehave an importantrequestfromyou.

 

Thosewhoareregistered in thelist of participants (whohavepaidtheirfees) andwillparticipate in thetournamentto be held on September 4-5 September, pleaseinform us by e-mail toouradress. Evenifparticipationinformation is sent afterthisdate, it will not be considered.

 

Thosewhowillattendshouldmaketheir hotel reservationsfromthehotelslistedbeloworfromthe hotel of theirchoice.

 

Wewouldliketoremindyouthattherewill be freeshuttle service fromthehotels on thelisttothelounge.

 

Afterthefinalization of theparticipants, ifthequotafor 350 people is not filled, we plan torecruit as manynewparticipants as thenumber of vacanciesuntil 30 July.

ParticipationsTerms

 

· Thetournament is opentoanyonewhosubmits a 30 -yearoldathletelicense.

· Registrationfeeduringregistration is 250 Turkish Lira for T.C participantsand 30 € fortheotherparticipants.Ifthosewhohavepaidthefeeandregisteredbeforeconfirmtheirparticipationuntiltheevening of July 15, nofeewill be charged, applicationsmadeafterthisdatewill not be considered. As of July, newregistrationswill be acceptedifthereareopenquotas.

· Competitionswill be made as men-womensingle , men-womendoublesandmixed.

SingleMen   :  30-39(VH)*,40-49, 50-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+

SingleWomen:  30-39(VH)*,40-49, 50-59, 60+

DoubleMen:  30-39(VH)*, 40-49, 50-59, 60-64, 65-69,70+

DoubleWomen    :  30-49, 50+

Mixed                    :  30+

Theremust be at leastfourplayers in anygroup. It is combinedwiththelower/ uppergroupiftherefewerplayers. Ourparticipants can compete in a loseragegroup in individualcategories, ourparticipantsalso can compete in thecategory in youngcouples. Therewill be nothirdmatch. Thefirstone in thecategorieswill be given a trophy. Thefirst, secodandthirdoneswill be given a medal, medalswill be giventothefirstones in theconsolationmatches.
